Terms of Service
By using Fantasy HQ ("we", "us", "myfantasyhq.com"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What Fantasy HQ Does
Fantasy HQ provides fantasy football analysis tools — trade analyzers, player rankings, draft assistance, and league analysis. We pull data from public sources (Sleeper, FantasyCalc, FantasyPros, and others) and combine it with our own proprietary scoring to help you make better fantasy football decisions.
Fantasy HQ is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with the NFL, any fantasy platform (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, etc.), or any of the data sources we aggregate. Our analyses, rankings, and recommendations are opinions, not guarantees of player performance.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to evade tier limits.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Fantasy HQ offers free and paid tiers. Paid tiers ("Pro", "GM") unlock additional features.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials: trial periods (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email myfantasyhq@gmail.com and we'll review case-by-case.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically download Fantasy HQ data without permission.
- Use the site to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, tier gates, or rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the site's code.
- Use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Connected Leagues
When you connect a fantasy platform (e.g., Sleeper), we read your roster and league settings via public APIs. We do not modify your league, post on your behalf, or share your league data with other users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Fantasy HQ name, logo, and proprietary scoring methodologies (FHQ Score, etc.) are our intellectual property. NFL player names, team names, and statistics are property of their respective rights holders and used here under fair-use principles for analysis and commentary.
You may screenshot, share, and discuss content from Fantasy HQ for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial republishing of our content requires written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fantasy HQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- That rankings or analyses will lead to fantasy wins, trade wins, or specific outcomes.
- That data sourced from third parties (Sleeper, FantasyCalc, etc.) will always be available or accurate.
- That the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fantasy HQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including lost fantasy leagues, lost trades, or lost subscription value. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to Fantasy HQ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Fantasy HQ at any time and delete your account from settings. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Active subscriptions will be refunded prorated if we terminate without cause.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email or a site notice. Continued use of Fantasy HQ after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
