Fantasy HQ is an all-in-one analyzer for fantasy football. You can grade trades, browse dynasty + redraft rankings, get personalized team analysis, run live draft assistance, and compare every team in your league against each other.

Everything's built around the FHQ Score — a 0-100 composite that combines production data, opportunity, age curve, efficiency, and durability into a single number per player.

You can browse rankings and analyze trades without signing up. But to unlock personalized features (team grades, your league's power rankings, weekly emails) you'll need a free account — takes 10 seconds via Google or email.

Most of the site is free. There are two paid tiers for power users:

• Pro ($6.99/mo or $59/yr) — unlimited trade analyses, advanced FHQ axes, ScoutHQ AI assistant.
• GM ($12.99/mo or $109/yr) — everything in Pro plus IDP rankings, live draft sync, league commissioner tools.

Free trials available — cancel anytime from your account settings.

2. Click the league switcher in the header → "Connect a League"
3. Paste your Sleeper league URL (looks like sleeper.com/leagues/123456789) or just your Sleeper username
4. Pick the league from the list

Your roster auto-imports along with all 12 teams + draft picks. Roster syncs every time you load the site.

Sleeper is fully supported right now. ESPN and Yahoo integration is in development — they require API workarounds we're testing. For now, you can manually build your roster on the Team HQ tab.

The FHQ Score is a 0-100 composite that tells you how good a player is at fantasy football, all things considered. It's calibrated against 16 years of player data and backtested across 5 NFL seasons.

A score of 90+ is an elite Foundation player. 75-89 is an Elite tier player. 60-74 is a Starter. Below 60 is a Wildcard / Depth piece.

Five weighted axes:

• Production — last 1-3 seasons of fantasy points per game, adjusted for games played
• Opportunity — targets, carries, snap share, route participation
• Age Curve — where they are in their career window (different curves per position)
• Efficiency — yards per touch, yards per route run, etc.
• Health / Durability — games missed, injury history

Dynasty mode weights Age + Production heaviest. Redraft tilts toward Production + Opportunity.

FHQ Score and trade Value are related but distinct. FHQ Score is the "raw quality" 0-100 number. Trade Value (the ~9999 scale) incorporates league format, scarcity, scoring rules, and consensus market values — it can diverge from FHQ when a player's quality is great but his format-specific value isn't (e.g., a great QB in a 1-QB league).

FHQ scores recalculate when new game data lands (weekly during the season) or when we adjust the pipeline. Trade values pull from multiple consensus sources and refresh hourly.

Dynasty values reflect a 3-5 year window — younger players + draft picks command premiums.

Redraft values are for this season only — age doesn't matter, only ROS production.

Win-Now (on LeagueHQ + TeamHQ) is a 1-2 year window — a 60/40 blend of redraft and dynasty with an age curve and rookie discount applied.

We bucket every player into one of these tiers based on their FHQ Score and league context:

• Foundational — top-of-the-line; build your team around them
• Elite — top of their position group
• Starter — locked into your lineup most weeks
• Flex — usable as a flex starter
• Wildcard — boom/bust upside
• Depth — bench/handcuff value

Buy % = probability the player BREAKS OUT this year (exceeds his current tier). Based on historical comparisons of similar player profiles.

Sell % = probability he REGRESSES below his current tier. Often tied to age, injury history, or unsustainable efficiency from the previous year.

The sidebar on PlayerHQ and TradeHQ has all the toggles:

• Dynasty / Redraft
• League size (8, 10, 12, 14, 16)
• QB format (1QB, Superflex, 2QB)
• Scoring (PPR, Half PPR, Standard)
• TE Premium on/off
• Roster Starters (granular position counts for unusual lineups)

If you've connected a Sleeper league, these all auto-populate to match.

3. The grade fills in instantly + value bar updates live
4. Click Analyze for the full breakdown, pros/cons, Win Now / Dynasty grades, and a shareable image

We total up the adjusted value of each side and compare. The percentage gap drives the letter grade:

• 0 to ±3% → B (Even Trade)
• +3 to +8% → B+ (Slight Win)
• +8 to +16% → A (Clear Win)
• +16% or better → A+ (Strong Win)
• Same thresholds in reverse for losses (C, D, F)

"Adjusted value" includes a headline-asset premium for the best player in the trade (scaled by the other side's top player so it doesn't over-reward when both sides bring studs).

When a trade has one clearly elite player vs depth pieces, that single stud is worth more than his raw value suggests because elite players are scarce. We bump his value 5-55% depending on tier (a 9000+ stud gets the biggest bump).

Importantly: this premium scales down when the other side also has a comparable stud — both sides bringing a stud cancels out the scarcity argument.

The overall grade scores total value. The Win Now sub-grade is age-adjusted — an older proven stud can be valued the same as a young breakout but the older guy is worth more in Win Now mode (he produces THIS year). A 26-year-old proven WR for a 22-year-old projected breakout might grade even, but Win Now slightly favors the proven veteran.

Note: if the overall trade is a D or F, the Win Now / Dynasty subs are capped to also show as losses — we don't let mixed signals show on a clearly bad deal.

Inside the Analyze modal, you'll see 5 share buttons at the top:

• 𝕏 Post — opens X with a pre-written tweet linking to the trade
• 🟠 Reddit — opens Reddit submit with the trade URL
• 💬 Text — opens your phone's native share sheet to text it
• 📷 Image — downloads a shareable PNG with the trade + grade
• 🔗 Link — copies a permanent URL that anyone can open to see the analysis

2. Paste your Sleeper draft URL OR league URL (we'll find the draft automatically)
3. Click Connect
4. Pick your team from the dropdown

The draft board polls every 12 seconds — picks made by other managers appear in real time, and players get removed from your available list automatically.

Loading 100+ picks at once is heavy work. We added a loading overlay with the FHQ logo so you know it's working, and we've optimized the render to be ~4x faster than the original release. Most syncs complete within 3-5 seconds.

If it still hangs, hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) and try again.

Every team in your league gets an archetype tag based on their Win-Now grade:

• 🏆 Contending — A or B grade on Win-Now; this team can compete THIS season
• 🔄 Rebuilding — C or below on Win-Now; this team is selling for picks/youth

Use this to find trade partners — contenders pay up for proven vets, rebuilders sell cheap dynasty assets.

Inside Team HQ, the Trade Finder scans every other team in your league and proposes realistic trades where both sides win. Pick up to 5 players you'd offer, choose target positions you need, click Find — and you'll get the top 5-10 trade ideas ranked by fairness + roster fit.

League HQ ranks every team in your league across three views:

• Dynasty — 3-5 year valuation
• Redraft — this season only
• Win Now — 1-2 year window

Each team gets a letter grade overall, per-position grades (QB/RB/WR/TE), and a Contending or Rebuilding archetype tag. You can also toggle between Starters Only, Full Roster, or Full Roster + Picks scopes.

Different views weight different things. A team with a lot of aging vets will rank higher in Redraft (they still produce) but lower in Dynasty (their long-term outlook is bleak). A team with rookies + picks will rank higher in Dynasty but lower in Redraft.

Win Now blends both — it's the most balanced single number.

Click Upgrade in the top-right header, pick your tier + billing frequency (monthly or annual — annual saves 30%), then complete checkout through Stripe. Tier unlocks instantly after payment.

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can re-subscribe anytime.

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods — but if you were charged in error or just signed up and changed your mind within 7 days, email myfantasyhq@gmail.com and we'll review case-by-case.

Account Settings → "Delete Account". Removes your account + all connected league data within 30 days. Or email myfantasyhq@gmail.com and we'll handle it manually.

Two types:

• Welcome email — fires automatically when you create your account
• Weekly report — every Tuesday morning ET. Covers risers/fallers, waiver wire targets, start-of-the-week picks, and the trade idea of the week

Every email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it instantly removes you from the mailing list — no second confirmation needed.

Check spam/promotions folder first — first-time sends from a new domain often land there. If it's not there, email myfantasyhq@gmail.com with the email you signed up with and we'll send it manually.

Mobile browsers cache aggressively. The site has a service worker that auto-refreshes on every visit, but if you're stuck on a stale version:

1. iPhone Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
2. Android Chrome: Menu → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
3. Re-open the site — you'll get the latest version immediately

The plan check is async — give the page 2-3 seconds after sign-in. If you've just subscribed via Stripe, the webhook can take up to 30 seconds to mark your account active.

Make sure you're using a league URL (looks like sleeper.com/leagues/123456789) NOT a draft URL. If you only have your Sleeper username, type that into the connect modal — we'll find your leagues.

If a league still won't connect, double-check it's a 2026 season league and you're listed on the roster.

Most often this means a JS error fired earlier in the page lifecycle. Open the browser console (F12 → Console) and look for red errors. Send a screenshot to myfantasyhq@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

Yes — the site is mobile-optimized for both. Open myfantasyhq.com in Safari or Chrome and it works like a regular app. You can also "Add to Home Screen" from your browser's share menu to get a single-tap launcher on your home screen that runs full-screen like a native app.

Real iOS / Android apps in the App Store + Google Play are on the roadmap.
